This Agreement is in settlement of all claims and covers the field in respect to all wages and conditions claims during the currency of the Agreement. Employees undertake not to pursue any extra claims for changes in wages or conditions for the duration of the Agreement. This clause does not prevent either party exercising its right to raise any bona-fide occupational health and safety issue in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, (Victoria), as amended.
