This agreement (including this notice) contains terms and conditions as contemplated in section 49(1) of the CPA and the Purchaser is referred in particular to the clauses which are highlighted in bold text below which the Purchaser is to initial in the margin adjacent to these highlighted provisions, and thereby the Purchaser acknowledges that the Seller (as defined below) has provided sufficient time and opportunity for the purchaser to receive and comprehend the nature and effect of the provisions. The Purchaser has been requested by the Seller to take this document and carefully consider and take advice on the content thereof before signing it.
