This Agreement is effective this first day of May, 2018, by and between Painters District Council No. 30, International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, AFL-CIO, (the “Union”) and the present and future members of the FCA of Illinois (the “Association”), its successors and assigns, each employer which has assigned to the Association the exclusive authority to represent it for collective bargaining purposes and such other employers which become signatory to this Agreement (hereinafter referred to individually as the “Employer” and collectively referred to as the “Employers”).
