This constitutes the entire contract between the Freelancer and Gearhouse and supersedes and replaces any previous agreement between the parties that the Freelancer and Gearhouse may have entered into relating to the provision of the Freelancer's work to Gearhouse (which shall be deemed to have been terminated by mutual consent).
