This Agreement is entered into by Lincoln County, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as the "County," and the Lincoln County Chapter of the Federation of Oregon Parole and Probation Officers, hereinafter referred to as "FOPPO." Unless otherwise indicated, the tenn "County" shall include the Board of Commissioners, elected officials, and other heads of departments in which employees in the bargaining unit arc employed.
