This IMPLEMENTING ENTITY AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"") is made by and between MCA-Vanuatu, an independent unit established within the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management under the laws of the Republic of Vanuatu ("MCA-Vanuatu") on behalf of the Government of the Repub lic of Vanuatu (the "Goverment"") and the National Statistics Office of the Ministry of Finance and Ecnomic Management of the Republic of Vanuatu and(the "Implementing Entity") shall become effective as provided herein. MCA-Vanuatu and the implementing Entity are referred to herein individually as a "Party" adn together as the "Parties".
