The Department of State Health Services (“DSHS” or “System Agency”) and SouthEast Texas Regional Advisory Council (“RAC”) (“SETRAC”) (“Grantee”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” to that certain Hospital Preparedness Program (“HPP”) grant Contract effective July 1, 2017, and denominated DSHS Contract No. 537-17-0309-00001 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
