There is a $160.00 dollar rental fee which includes a pre event arena disking. A $500.00 refundable garbage clean up deposit is required written with a separate check. A separate water truck fee will need to be paid to a third party if you don’t have access to a water truck. Checks must be accompanied by your proof of insurance naming Middletown Central Park Association as additionally insured and include One Million dollars in general Liability coverage. All applications and correct paperwork must be turned in and approved by two Middletown Central Park Officers 2 weeks prior to the event. Any events that are a series (multiple reserved dates) must be pre paid full in on the day that the dates are reserved with the board of directors.
