This Design Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on December 9, 2019, by and between the State of Arizona, ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFTEY acting by and through the ADOA General Services Division (“State”), and DFDG. ("Design Professional"), both individually referenced as “Party” and collectively referenced as the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:
