Our Silver Service Contract entitles you to a free annual or bi-annual Service (depending on appliance type and recommended service interval) and also free callouts/labour for failure of the appliances internal components i.e. those supplied by the appliance manufacturer, as well as some external components, which can be seen below. All parts used will be chargeable.
