The London Performing Academy of Music (“LPMAM”), established in London, United Kingdom, and the Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali “Vecchi Tonelli" of Modena and Carpi (“Vecchi-Tonelli”), established in Modena and Carpi, Italy (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), to facilitate their mutual objectives in research and education, enter into this Agreement of Friendship and Cooperation on this 15th day of March, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) and hereby agree as follows:
