THIS AGREEMENT terminates and supersedes all past policies, rules, regulations, procedures and practices of the District concerning the matters covered herein. All conditions of employment, including, but not limited to, teaching hours, relief periods, leaves and general teaching conditions in effect prior to the effective date of this Agreement, are null and void. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or implied to provide teachers with benefits or other advantages heretofore enjoyed unless expressly stated herein.
