ADHESION CONTRACT FOR PAID ELECTRONIC SERVICES OF THE NAISElectronic Services • August 28th, 2024
This Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) is made in accordance with Article 398 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus and clause 9 of the Regulation on the National Automated Information System approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 460 dated 16.12.2019 "On the National Automated Information System" between the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Center for Electronic Services", hereinafter referred to as the "NAIS Operator", represented by its Director, R. A. Hradusau, acting ex officio, on the one hand, and the consumer of services, an individual who is a non-resident of the Republic of Belarus, hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer", who accepts the offer of the NAIS Operator to enter into the Contract, on the other hand. The NAIS Operator and the Consumer are hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties.
