This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2018 between the County of Culpeper, hereinafter called the “Owner” and Samuel James Construction, Inc., hereinafter called the “Contractor”. The Project is the Lenn Park Parking Improvements. On behalf of the Owner, the Contract is administered by the Director of Environmental Services. Except has provided herein, this Agreement is prepared in accordance with the Culpeper County Purchasing Resolution and the Virginia Public Procurement Act which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and made a part hereto.
