(the “Company”), who may each individually be referred to as a ‘Party” or collectively as the “Parties.” By subscribing to use the software platform and the software services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any applicable laws hereunder. You should not enter into a subscription to use this software platform and the software services, if you do not agree to these Terms of Service. Your use of the Company software platform and software services is also subject to Company’s Privacy Notice.
