This Intergovernmental License Agreement for the Operation of a Before and After School Care Program (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of the last party to sign below, by and between the Board of Education of Community Consolidated School District No. 15, Cook County, Illinois, an Illinois school district (“School District”), and the Palatine Park District, an Illinois park district and unit of local government (“Park District”). The School District and Park District are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
