This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”) to the Facilities Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) and Industrial Supplies Contract, No. 31160000-20-NASPO-ACS (“Contract”), is entered into between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”), and Noble Sales Company, Inc. (“Contractor”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
