In connection with and as part of the consideration for the execution of this lease, the owner of said stored property releases the Stearns County Fair Association from any and all liability for theft, damage, or other loss or expense, including loss by the negligence of the Fair Association or its officers, agents or employees to the property stored under this rental agreement on the Stearns County Fair Association premises caused by fire, explosion, smoke damage, weather, theft, vandalism, or any other cause whatsoever, whether or not covered by insurance contracts, if any carried by the owner.
