This Lease, made this day of , 2020, (the “Effective Date”), between the TOWN OF GREENWICH (the “LESSOR”), a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Connecticut, acting herein by Fred Camillo, First Selectman, hereunto duly authorized, and NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS PCS, LLC a Delaware limited liability company with a mailing address located at 1025 Lenox Park Blvd NE, 3rd Floor, Atlanta, GA 30319, hereinafter designated LESSEE. LESSOR and LESSEE are at times collectively referred to hereinafter as the "Parties" or individually as the "Party."
