THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into between the undersigned employer (“Employer”); the Carpenter-Employers Apprenticeship and Training Trust Fund of Washington-Idaho (“Training Trust”); the Northwest Carpenters Health and Security Trust (“Health Trust”); the Northwest Carpenters Retirement Trust (“Retirement Trust”); and the Northwest Carpenters Individual Account Pension Trust (“Individual Account Trust”). The Training Trust, Health Trust, Retirement Trust, and Individual Account Trust are collectively referred to as the “Trusts.”
