This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Xylem Water Solutions USA, Inc., Wedeco Products, 14125 South Bridge Circle, Charlotte, NC 28273 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and City of Lincoln (hereinafter “City”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated October 4, 2017, executed under City Directorial Order No. 17924, for Annual Supply - Xylem Wedeco Parts, Sole Source SS-60, which is made a part hereof by this reference.
