Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, these General Conditions, and any Ordering Document executed hereunder shall govern Axway’s provision of the Products and Services to Customer (collectively, the “Agreement”). The parties hereto may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
