These PeerAssist terms and conditions, along with the statement of work and sales order (collectively, the “Agreement”), govern the access to and use of the PeerAssist custom software and integrated services and is a legally binding contract by and between PeerAssist, a California liability company (“PeerAssist”), and the individual or legal entity in whose name PeerAssist agrees to provide Services (“Customer”).
