FLVS is an online school serving students K through 12 residing throughout the state of Florida. FLVS provides instruction to students enrolled in public schools, private schools, and home education students. A private school interested in having FLVS provide any courses to their students is required to sign this Agreement and must, at all times be compliant with the requirements of section 1002.42, Florida Statutes (including the Florida Department of Education’s private school database). This Agreement gives the specific guidelines necessary for participation with FLVS. The Agreement assures that all parties are aware of their roles in assisting students to succeed when taking online courses from FLVS. This Agreement shall continue in effect unless either party provides ninety (90) days written notice by certified mail, of its desire to terminate the Agreement on a specified date after the ninety
