("Feeney") provides this 5 Year Limited Warranty ("Limited Warranty") only to the person or entity that owns the real property where the Trellis Kits, including all parts and components thereof (collectively, the "Product") are installed (the "Original Purchaser") and only for the Product purchased and delivered within the United States.
