Calvary Memorial Park, Inc. d/b/a Fairfax Memorial Park, including all affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, and businesses (collectively “Owner”) located at 9900 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, Virginia 22032 (“Premises’), is willing to permit the individuals signing this Agreement to use the Premises for the purpose of participating in a 5K race which will benefit certain charitable organizations (“Event”), upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
