This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your acquisition and use of the Services provided by SeekEdgar LLC (“SeekEdgar”) through the following software platforms: (a) Search Engine for Extracting Knowledge from Industrial Filings (“Seek iNF”); and (b) Financial Reporting and Auditing Agent with Net knowledge (“FRAANK”) (collectively, Seek iNF and FRAANK shall herein be referred to as the “Software”). For purposes of this Agreement, the term “You” include the person executing this Agreement, as well as any person that you represent. Moreover, the term “person” includes natural persons, as well as any corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships or other business entities.
