Removal of the windows from the premises invalidates the Warranty. Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, fires and acts of civil unrest, wars, riots, etc.) are excluded from coverage. Only single-family residential units are covered herein. Architectural (bent glass) bay I bow windows, patio doors and beveled or grooved glass are excluded. Windows that exceed Series 1600 size limitations are excluded. Apartment buildings, condominiums, and commercial buildings are also excluded from coverage.
