The (local congregation) agrees to partner with COGO Minis- tries Disaster Relief Team (OM-DRT) in an effort to serve and assist with the recovery efforts needed in the general area of . This agreement with proper amend- ments will remain in effect until OM-DRT closes their portion of the restoration efforts or until ter- mination by mutual agreement and will not extend beyond three (3) - six (6) months. Should a longer time frame be needed a new Memo of Understanding will be signed by both parties.
