An annual purchasing agreement with a one (1) year renewal option to provide cafeteria equipment to schools throughout the District. Forty-one (41) items were bid and thirty-six (36) items are awarded. Items #2, 22, 38, 39, 40 were not awarded due to the following: the items requested were not bid upon and no documentation was received for any alternate products, or the equipment for which documentation was received was not deemed acceptable. Items will be purchased as needed to meet cafeteria usage requirements. Bid award(s) to the lowest bidder(s) meeting specifications.
