COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEENCommunity Workforce Agreement • February 8th, 2019
This Community Workforce Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is entered into this 21th day of February, 2019 by and between the Coast Community College District, (hereinafter the “District”), the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council (hereinafter the “Council”), and the signatory Craft Unions and District Councils signing this Agreement (hereinafter together with the Council, collectively, the “Union” or “Unions”). This Agreement establishes the labor relations rules and procedures for the District and for the craft employees represented by the Unions engaged in the Project. The District, Council, and Unions are hereinafter referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
