THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered by and between the County of Lancaster, Nebraska,through the Lancaster County General Assistance Department, hereinafter referred to as "County," and the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska on behalf of the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and its Barkley Speech, located at PO Box 830731, Lincoln, NE 68583; and 203A Barkley Memorial Center, Lincoln, NE 68583 hereinafter referred to as "Provider." Collectively the County and the Provider may be referred to as "Parties," and individually each may be referred to as a "Party."
