By participating in any Sweepstakes promoted at www.xcelenergycenter.com (each, a "Sweepstakes" and collectively, the "Sweepstakes") promoted by @xcelenergycenter (the “Official Twitter Account””) or www.facebook.com/xcelenergycenter (the “Official Facebook Account”), (collectively, the “Official Accounts”), you agree to these Official Rules, which are a contract, so read them carefully before participating. Without limitation, this contract includes indemnities to the Released Parties (defined below) from you and a limitation of your rights and remedies. The details and requirements for entry or participation in any Sweepstakes shall be provided by the Official Accounts from time to time, in the discretion of Saint Paul Arena Company, LLC ("Sponsor"). You must follow the directions provided by Official Accounts and otherwise be bound by and follow these Official Rules to be eligible to receive a prize in connection with any Sweepstakes.
