A twelve (12) month pricing agreement to provide computer peripherals for classroom and administrative use throughout the District. Forty-four (44) items bid and thirty (30) awarded. Items will be purchased on an as needed basis. The Bid, written in conjunction with the IT Department to address their needs, increases standardization within the District and offers all schools and departments the ability to take advantage of lower prices on IT approved products over the effective period of the bid. Bid award(s) to the lowest bidder(s) meeting specifications. Items not awarded due to discontinuation of product by manufacturer, and decision to exercise District right to utilize State of Florida contract #880-000-09-01 for available Epson products.
