This COLLABORATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the day of MONTH, YEAR (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Madison Public Market Foundation, Inc., a Wisconsin non-stock corporation (“PMF”), and the City of Madison, a Wisconsin municipal corporation (the “City”), sometimes the “Parties,” and each sometimes, a “Party”.
