THIS AGREEMENT ("the Agreement") is effective the day of , 2023 (the "effective date") and is by and between Emergency Management Resources, LLC (“EMR”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York, PO Box 787 Latham NY 12210 and Montgomery County (“The Ambulance”), duly certified as a New York State ambulance service in accordance with the provisions of Article 30 of the Public Health Law, and having a principal place of business at 64 Broadway Fonda, NY 12068-1500, and collectively herein known as the “Parties”
