This GS1 US Rapid Recall Express™ License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between GS1 US, Inc. (hereinafter "Licensor") and the entity who completes the Rapid Recall Express Form (hereinafter "Licensee"), effective as of the date Licensee submits the Rapid Recall Express Form (“Effective Date”). Licensor and Licensee are collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”, or when used individually, a “Party”.
