This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Encore de la Paix, a Massachusetts charitable non-profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as "EDLP") and the Friends of Gabon, a Rhode Island charitable non-profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as "FOG"), effective on the date when this MOU has been executed by both parties . The MOU spells out the mutual understandings of the two parties in supporting the objectives of each organization with specific respect to EDLP-sponsored projects in Gabon.
