824d (2000), a Third Revised Network Integration Transmission Service Agreement (NITSA) and Third Revised Network Operating Agreement (NOA) between PNM and Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. (Tri- State) under PNM’s Open Access Transmission Tariff. PNM states that the NITSA and NOA have been updated to reflect revised levels of operating reserves to be provided by Tri-State, and to reflect current business arrangements between PNM and Tri-State. PNM requests an effective date of October 1, 2004.
