Customer agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and between Milton MarketsLtd.- (The registered office is at 2nd Floor, Transpacific Haus, Lini Highway, Port Vila, Vanuatu) and the undersigned individual or legal entity, including corporation, limited liability company, trust or partnership (as applicable, “Customer”) that wants to open a Customer Account (“Account”) with Milton Markets Ltd. (“Milton”).
