AMENDMENT TO CONTRACTAnnual Supply Contract • March 16th, 2021
This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Sapp Bros. Inc., 5901 Cornhusker Hwy, Lincoln, NE 68507 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated April 2, 2019 executed under City Directorial Order No. 21196, and County Contract C-19-0274, dated April 9, 2019 for Annual Supply – Anti-Freeze/Coolants/Windshield Washer Fluid, Bid No. 19-069, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
