CUSTODY, PLEDGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT -------------------------------------- CUSTODY, PLEDGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of December 19, 2007 ("Agreement"), by and among ORBIT INTERNATIONAL CORP., a Delaware corporation ------ ("Pledgor"), KENNETH J.
