Physician Gateway is a physician portal which offers licensed healthcare providers and their sponsored office staff who are registered to use the portal limited view-only access to certain clinical data from Partners Healthcare System, Inc. and/or its affiliates (collectively, “Partners”). To obtain access to Physician Gateway you must agree to be bound by all of the terms of this User Agreement. By clicking the “I Agree” button below, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Agreement. Please print and retain a copy of this Agreement. Partners may, from time to time, change the terms of this Agreement. When the terms are changed, Partners will notify you via e-mail at the e-mail address provided above. Your continued use of Physician Gateway after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
