This Agreement, by and between the United Federation of Teachers, Local 2, AFT, AFL- CIO (the “UFT”), by UFT President Michael Mulgrew, on behalf of all UFT-represented employees in the title Education Officer employed by the Board of Education of the City School District of the City of New York (the “DOE”), on the one hand, and the City of New York, New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (“DCAS”) (together, the “City”), and the DOE on the other hand (together with the UFT, the “Parties”), is made and entered into on this 6th day of November, 2017.
