You are invited to bid on the following Ground Herbicide Contract and are advised to examine the Treatment Units prior to bidding. The implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and all other warranties, express or implied, are excluded. For example, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) does not warrant the acreage for each unit. Any acreage descriptions appearing in each contract are estimates only, solely for administrative and identification purposes.
