This grant agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective on [12/01/2020], (the “Effective Date”) between Johns Hopkins University (the “University”), a Maryland nonprofit corporation, and the Charles Koch Foundation, a Kansas nonprofit corporation (the “Donor”). This Agreement is for the benefit of the Program on Educational Pluralism (the “Program”), which is housed at the Institute for Education Policy ("Institute") in the School of Education (the "School") at the University. The University and the Donor are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:
