It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement form an integral part of this wedding photography contract and that no variation or modification of this contract can take place without the agreement of both parties in writing. The parties are the wedding photographer or photographer, and the client (which may be the bride and groom or a relative or friend). For client read clients as appropriate. In the following conditions of contract “the photographer” shall mean Dave VOKES trading as Dave Vokes Photography.
