This subscription agreement (this “Agreement”) sets forth the legally binding terms for use of the Products and with respect to Order Forms (each as defined below). This Agreement is by and between Ping Identity Corporation (“Ping Identity”) and the company or entity on whose behalf you are accepting this Agreement (“Customer”). You represent that you have the authority to bind Customer to the terms of this Agreement. By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, by accessing, using or installing any part of the Products, or by executing an Order Form that references this Agreement, Customer expressly agrees to and consents to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement. If Customer does not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, Customer is prohibited from downloading, installing, activating or using the Products or executing an Order Form that references this Agreement.
