Simply put, a shipping agreement template is a contract between two parties in which one's products/goods are sold on behalf of the other. Ownership of goods/products is still protected by the first party. The original owner is called Buyer, and the seller is Buyer. Under this agreement, the goods are shipped or entrusted to buyer by buyer, which is tasked with selling the products to end customers. Payments made by the Buyer will be remnated to buyer after the goods are purchased by customers. This agreement should not be confused with a Distribution Agreement, because, in the old agreement, buyer does not protect the ownership of the goods. He acts as a kind of intermediary, where goods are temporarily held by him until these goods are disposed of through purchase.
