This Terms of Service is an agreement between DynaVox Systems LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 2100 Wharton Street, Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, (“DynaVox”), and the individual or entity that has downloaded the Software (“Customer”). By downloading, and use of, the Software (as defined below) Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not download, access or use the Software.
